Core Return Procedure

In order to speed up the process of getting your core back to us and receiving your core deposit refund, please follow the procedures listed below.

1. Drain the core completely and make sure it contains no oil. The shipping company will not deliver any packages leaking oil. If the unit is leaking oil you will be responsible under federal and state laws for the environmental cleanup. Under law, YOU are the "generator" of the oil.

2. Remove the warranty from the package and keep it with your repair order. Do not give this to your customer.

3. Attach the white Tyvek tag (it’s wire-tied to the unit we sent you) to your core. Make sure that the core is completely assembled to receive full core credit. Cores missing parts will not receive full credit.

4. Place the core into the original shipping container and secure it with any means to ensure that it does not get damaged.

5. Place the RS (Return System) Label on the cover over your old address label. You must use this RS Label to return the core listed on the Return Authorization to ensure proper receipt of your core.

6. Do NOT place any other parts in the box with your core because parts and cores are handled at our facility by different departments.

7. Give the package to your UPS driver as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to get the core to UPS.

8. CORES MUST BE RETURNED IN 30 DAYS TO RECEIVE REFUND OF CORE DEPOSIT.

Thank you for following these simple steps. As soon as we receive and inspect your core, we will process you core deposit refund check.
